A zero-budget campaign that introduced pulsed field ablation to the region, driving rapid patient engagement and profitability through innovative strategy and in-house asset creation—resulting in 3,939 new patient encounters.

CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW

The NPS Pulsed Field Ablation Awareness Campaign established Providence as a regional leader in cardiac innovation by launching the first pulsed field ablation (PFA) procedure for atrial fibrillation in Snohomish County. This groundbreaking campaign combined digital strategy, compelling video storytelling, and targeted outreach to educate patients and providers about the advantages of PFA—a faster, safer, and more effective alternative to traditional ablation.

A key innovation was my hands-on approach: I personally developed 87% of all creative assets, including scripting, filming, and editing a documentary-style surgical video, authoring blog articles, designing digital ads, and producing social media content. By creating these deliverables in-house, I saved the organization upwards of $200,000 in production and agency costs, while ensuring a unified, high-impact message across all channels.

Providence Everett became the first hospital in Snohomish County and the third in Washington State to offer PFA, setting a new standard of care for atrial fibrillation and reinforcing Providence’s reputation for medical excellence and innovation.
